Pay scale for Online Teachers
As with any program or work, you want to know how much you’ll be earning. This program is no different. Because you will be an Independent Contractor, your remuneration will be outstanding and entirely defined by you. You can make as much as your time allows. With each class having a maximum of 500 students and the potential to teach several grades and subjects. Your salary will depend on your ability to attract students to your platforms. There is no Limit.
Additionally, you will have access to other programs that you may promote through our FMS vortex platform. You will have access to the interior programs in the FMS Vortex in addition to being able to use the teaching platform, share it with friends and family, and advertise yourself. You truly have a choice. As an independent contractor, you will have nearly unlimited earning possibilities in this program.
The compensation schedule for the online teaching program is as shown below:
- When the Student Accesses a Class, $10 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher per student per call per month. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00. And so on. Max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- Students in grades 1 through 8 are able to attend up to 5 classes per day.
- Students in grades 9 through 12 can attend up to six classes per day.
- The pay structure will be configured in the FMS vortex system. When you sign up, your Zoom classroom expenses will be inclusive. There will be YouTube training as well as instruction on the curriculum topics.
- As a member of the FMS vortex platform, you can also earn more money by promoting the items and services available in this program. You have the ability to grow a large customer base, as well as collaborations and teams, not only in the United States, but globally.
Application Criteria & Requirements:
We want our online education option to be great and unique, therefore we make sure that our teachers, and tutors, and instuctors are exceptional as well. In our program, we want teachers that are caring, empathetic, interesting, and enthusiastic, as well as educated. There will be no couch potatoes or people out only to make a buck.
Because of the design of this program, if you are not outstanding, you will not make the money you desire. Remember that it is your appeal that will lure pupils to you. The following are the qualities we want in our Online Teachers:
- A four-year teaching degree is required.
- Teaching experience is preferred. Applications we seek are from recent college graduates and retired instructors.
- Must genuinely enjoy teaching and have something unique to contribute. We are not seeking for someone to simply make a paycheck.
- You must join the FMS Vortex through DTCA. This is the payment system that we will be utilizing.
- Create a YouTube channel and video demonstrating your unique qualification and talent. Also, introduce yourself to potential students and their families. (Training and guidance will be provided.)
- Dedication and dedication to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher educational level than typical school systems.
